His restaurant was regularly featured in Asia’s 50 Best and World’s 50 Best from inaugural 2013 till recently in 2025 and also won;

Here at the restaurant, we have a strong belief of fostering talent whether in the kitchen or the front of the house. We welcome stagiaires or interns to join us for a period of 2 months. Within the 2 months, you can expect to work side by side with our chefs and managers while looking forward to a unique rotation plan to maximize your time with us.
