  • RAGA by Gaggan Experience: An Exclusive Chef's Table Experience.
  • Group policy: Main dining area reservations are available for up to 6 guests. Bookings larger than 6 guests must be reserved for Private Dining at Raga.
  • Private Dining at Raga minimum charge/spend: INR 145452.
  • Pricing: The price of the RAGA By Gaggan Experience is INR 12121 per person for food only. Beverages and wine pairing may be ordered separately from the restaurant menu.
  • We charge 5% GST and do not charge any service charge or staff welfare on our bill.
  • A booking fee of 3% will be added to your total bill during checkout.
  • Payment can be made via UPI, credit or debit cards only.
  • Operational timings: Dinner only from 5:30 PM, with the last seating at 9:00 PM. We are closed every Tuesday. Lunch is not active for the time being.
  • Seating Time Changes: While we make every effort to honor your confirmed reservation time, seating times may occasionally need to be adjusted due to operational requirements or unforeseen circumstances. By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and accept that your seating time may be changed. Such changes do not qualify for a refund or cancellation.
  • We will not allow cameras and phone usage during most part of the meal.
  • Age Restriction: Guests must be above the age of 13 to attend this experience.
  • All seats are pre-assigned by the restaurant team. Requests to change assigned seats can be accommodated only if available.
  • Reserved Rights Advisory: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply with restaurant policy.
  • Allergies and Dietary Restrictions: All allergies and dietary restrictions must be notified at least 48 hours in advance. We cannot guarantee accommodations for last-minute requests.
  • Limitations: Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate vegan or Jain dietary restrictions, allergies to coriander, or allergies to chili.
  • Chef's Presence: Gaggan’s presence during the experience is subject to his schedule and prior commitments.
  • Corkage Policy: No corkage is offered for this dining experience.
  • Dress Code: Smart Casuals / Smart Elegant. No open shoes for gentlemen.
  • Arrival: Diners are required to arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled booking time.
  • Traffic Advisory: We recommend allowing extra travel time. The restaurant is conveniently located at Janpath Road, Connaught Place, next to Le Meridien Hotel, New Delhi.
  • Table Holding Policy: Tables will be held for 30 minutes from the confirmed reservation time.
  • Payment Requirement: A 100% payment is required to confirm your booking due to the nature and timeline of the event.
  • Non-Refundable Policy: All payments for tickets purchased are fixed and final. The Gaggan Experience follows a strict no refunds and no cancellations policy. We are unable to issue refunds under any circumstances, including cancellations.
